Experience:
Bachelor’s in any discipline
Experienced with similar position in reputed woven garments manufacturing unit will get preferences
Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, compliance standards (BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, etc.).
Experience in handling buyer audits and certifications.
Leadership experience managing large workforce (1000+ employees preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with Bangladesh Labor Law and company standards.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
Ensure proper manpower planning and organizational development.
Handle disciplinary actions, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
Maintain payroll, employee records, and documentation
Manage overall factory administration including security, transport, canteen, housekeeping, and accommodation (if applicable).
Maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, factory regulations, and international buyer standards (e.g., social compliance, code of conduct).
Prepare and lead factory audits (e.g., buyer audits, third-party, certification audits).
Implement corrective action plans (CAP) based on audit findings.
Monitor workplace safety, fire safety, and environmental compliance standards.
Promote positive industrial relations and worker engagement initiatives.
Oversee worker welfare programs, health & safety practices.
