∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Organizational Development
∎ Master's Degree in HRM/Business Administration/Organizational Development or related field.
∎ Professional qualification/certification in HR (e.g., PGDHRM, SHRM, CIPD) is desirable.

∎ 08-10 years' solid experience in HR and administrative management, preferably in healthcare, NGOs, social businesses, or similar global or local large-scale organizations.
∎ In-depth knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, performance management, talent development, and organizational planning.
∎ Experience managing teams across multiple locations (preferred).
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla, strong analytical and change management skills.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office suite and HR systems.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage overall HR operations including HR strategy development, talent acquisition, talent management, organizational design, employee engagement, and HR compliance.
∎ Develop and implement HR systems, policies, and procedures ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
∎ Oversee performance management processes including KPI setting, evaluations, appraisals, and succession planning.
∎ Manage compensation reviews, salary structuring, and advise on employee relations in line with legal compliance and global standards.
∎ Drive organizational change initiatives, continuous improvement, and HR process automation.
∎ Act as a business partner to senior leadership to enable data-driven HR decision-making through regular HR metrics and analysis.
∎ Liaise with external legal advisors, auditors, regulatory bodies, and training providers to maintain full legal and compliance standards.
∎ Key Role:
