Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Pattern making, Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing), Production Management (Sewing)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring and controlling the overall quality related activities in knitting, dyeing, cutting, printing and sewing.
∎ Should have sound knowledge about quality technical audit.
∎ Sound keeping of necessary documents report.
∎ Identifying the root cause and action plan against any kind of quality related issues.
∎ Dealing with the merchant team & buyers.
∎ Arranging regular training session with the worker & staff.
∎ Support the factory in providing a comprehensive QA service to the knitting, dyeing, cutting, printing and sewing department.
∎ Responsible in implementing & sustaining quality management system in knitting, dyeing, cutting, printing and sewing department.
∎ Rejection reduction the implementing preventive measures.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
