Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and manage the entire dyeing process from start to finish, ensuring that all processes are carried out according to specifications and timelines.
∎ Ensure that all dyed products meet the required quality standards, including color consistency, fastness, and uniformity.
∎ Work closely with the quality control team to perform regular testing and inspections of dye batches.
∎ Continuously review and improve dyeing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
∎ Implement best practices for dyeing techniques, including the use of advanced technology or eco-friendly dyes and chemicals where applicable.
∎ Work closely with the production, design, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth coordination and completion of orders.
∎ Work with Procurement on dye/chemical sourcing.
∎ Lead and manage the dyeing department team, providing guidance, training, and support to staff members.
