Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc in Food Technology/ Food Engineering/ Food Science; MBA in Operation Management will be an added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop production plan as per business strategy and ensure their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
∎ Lead to implement the strategy to optimize production volume, cost and quality standards of raw materials and finished goods
∎ Plan, develop & execute production process to ensure daily production output and product quality as per the demand & forecast.
∎ Analyze down time and adjust extra schedule if needed to ensure achievement of production target.
∎ Evaluate, plan and enforce the food handling and processing procedure to determine best quality and safe food in compliance with hygiene standards
∎ Maintain operational pre-requisites; such as: cleaning of machine, equipment, production infrastructure and drainage as per standard cleaning procedure; for every batch of production
∎ Coordinate with quality assurance department to take prompt corrective action in case of any nonconformity or rejection in production
∎ Prepare & maintain the production budget to ensure cost effectiveness with optimum manpower and sustainable targeted operations.
∎ Review and recommend on revision of food safety and cleanliness parameters which has practiced at Kazi Food Industries Limited.
∎ Develop comprehensive training calender and implement the training as per schedule for enhancement of employee competencies.
∎ Ensure the development, implementation and direction of best manufacturing practices for the manufacturing site.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 14 years
∎ 10 - 12 years of relevant experience out of which at least 3+ years experience in similar role preferably in frozen food, beverage or FMCG manufacturing environment.
∎ Experience in the following area(s): Factory Operation, Frozen Food Production
∎ Sound knowledge on HACCP, ISO,GMP, FSMS etc.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong leadership and excellent team management skills
∎ Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate outcomes within tight time frames.
