∎ Collaborate with Business units/departments to ensure software meets business needs.
∎ Maintain and support enterprise software applications, including ERP systems.
∎ Oversee network design, implementation, and security.
∎ Implement cybersecurity measures to protect hardware from threats.
∎ Ensure the availability, maintenance, and optimal performance of all IT-related equipment.
