Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA (HRM)/ Masters in any Discipline or with post Graduate Diploma in Personal Management/ Human Resources Management.

Factory HR Administration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Spinning
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of formulating & effective implementation policies regarding the HR, Admin, Compliance & Security affairs of the factory.
∎ Sound knowledge on fire prevention, firefighting at Factory Building/Premises.
∎ Ability to collect, organize and analyze the information in order to achieve a sound security system of the factories & recommend the best possible course of action for the MD.
∎ Monitor, Supervise and Ensure logistic support to various departments including transportation.
∎ Liaison with other Govt. and non Govt. organizations as and when required.
∎ Ensuring Recruitment & Selections as per set criteria and Company policy and Law of the Land.
∎ Ensuring proper training is conducted as per need- basis of the employer on regular basis.
∎ Planning, receiving and forecasting of Human Resources requirements and prepare Job profile.
∎ Plan & execute internal & external communication with stake holders.
∎ Any other assignment assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to live and work in factory premises with family at Hotapara, Gazipur.
∎ Preferably 12 years solid HR & Administration experience with at least 7 years at managerial level is an added advantage.
∎ Well groomed, energetic & ability to work under pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skill to communicate with people.
∎ Excellent communication proficiency both in English & Bangla.
∎ Excellent computer knowledge with MS Office programs.
∎ Good at multitasking and work well independently in a team environment.
