∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Technology
∎ Skills Required: Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fabrics manufacturing, Garments Production, Knit Fabrics Dyeing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Flow up Over all production.
∎ Plans and manages all the activities of dyeing & finishing departments' activities, assuming responsibility for production quantity, quality, cost and delivery
∎ Manages dyeing and finishing schedule to ensure maximum efficiency
∎ Ensures department's machinery and equipment are maintained to optimal level of operation
∎ Responsible for using lean principles and operating practices to establish, maintain and improve the production process
∎ Ensures that products are produced within the established time, cost control and quality standard
∎ Controls & develops operational cost within approved budget by evaluating actual expenditure with budgeted costs
∎ Ensures wastage is of minimum/agreed level.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ To overall Flow up Production/
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships working as a team.
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic.
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ IT proficiency - advanced level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.
∎ Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines.
