∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Industrial & production Engineer (IPE) from any recognized and well reputed university.
∎ Education qualification will be relaxed for highly deserving candidates.
∎ Skills Required: Incharge (Cutting/ Sewing/ Finishing/ Floor etc.)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate in PP meeting, Work in Line Layout Designing and implementation, Line balancing with capacity study.
∎ Find out bottle neck process and remove bottle necks in every style.
∎ Participate in Production Planning meeting.
∎ Analyzing production data, generating daily production and efficiency report.
∎ Check efficiency and grade of every newly recruited worker and participate in yearly performance appraisal.
∎ Develop factory efficiency and individual productivity by in-house training, Time Method and Motion study.
∎ Monitoring input and output report, hourly production report, shipment schedule , in time fabric & accessories in house
∎ Reduce excess manpower ,non productive time and excess working hour
∎ Monitoring input and output report, hourly production report, shipment schedule & in time fabric & accessories in house
∎ Analyse deviation against the IE target and find out route cause of the variance in coordination with production team.
∎ Estimating garments thread consumption and ensure against bulk production.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent leadership skills and people management.
∎ Able to individually and pro-actively handle the whole section
∎ Ability to coach and develop Production team members with different backgrounds
∎ Excellent communication skills at all levels.
∎ Robust personality able to work under pressure and make balanced decisions.
∎ Proven technical skills within the product area.
