Requirements:

Skills Required: Industrial & Production Engineering,Industrial Engineering in Woven Garments Production

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 26 to 36 years
  • Only Male
  • The applicants should have experience in Woven Garments but experience in Outerwear jacket manufacturing is preferable.

  • Good communication skills in both Bangla & English.

  • Good commanding skill in computer (MS Office Packages).



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Identify critical path, Time study (Cycle timing), Capacity study, Method Study/analysis of the operations, Operation breakdown etc.

  • Preparation of OB (Operation bulletin), Calculation of SAM(Standard Allowed Minute) Line Set up, M/C Layout and Work station layout·

  •  Ensuring NPT reduction, Lost time recording (NPT) and reporting the same. Efficiency Calculation, Problem Study to develop Productivity.·

  • Ensuring Improvement of bottleneck operation capacity.

  • Daily manpower balancing, target setting & achievement monitoring.

  • Recommend new ideas and methods for increasing productivity and improving quality.

  • Overviewing Movements of an operation

  • Help floor staff to do effective line layout according to Operation Bulletin and improve line balancing for smooth workflow.

  • Line Balancing, Line WIP (Work in progress) Control. Skill Assessment for new joining operators and periodical skill assessment.

  • Performance Rating, Developing and Maintaining Skill Matrix.

  • Calculating Thread Consumption

  • Lost time/ Non-productive time report, Daily, weekly, monthly and Yearly Production monitoring and Operator-wise target set-up.

  • Hourly performance & Lost time monitoring.

  • Recommend new ideas and methods for increasing productivity and improving quality.

  • Any other relevant task assigned by management.
