Industrial Engineering, RMG sector (Woven Shirt and Ladies blouse), Woven bottom, woven Garments, Woven Jacket, Woven Tops
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Sewing Operation Bulletin from costing stage to bulk production.
∎ Calculating estimated CM and Productivity in Costing Stage.
∎ Closely follow-up in Pilot run for applying Operation Bulletin sequence as would be applicable in bulk production.
∎ Developing samples with easy methods and innovation/ improvisation to reduce cost and increase the efficiency in bulk production.
∎ Giving technical support and propose to apply folder & attachment to the sample making team where applicable.
∎ Monitoring machine and skill requirement of future orders and provide necessary guidelines to the management.
∎ Finding the solutions for all the technical issues from sampling stage to bulk production.
∎ Arrange to in-house folders and attachments well in advance based on the scheduled Production Plan.
∎ Updating the SAM database based on modifying method for improving target output.
∎ Performing any other responsibility as assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Woven Tops and Bottoms, Fleece Jacket, Padded and Sherpa Jacket, Workwear, Cargo Pants, Denim 5 Pocket, Chino Pant, Ladies Dress
Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
