Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in IPE, Apparel
∎ B.Sc in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) / Tertiary Degree on Textile Engineering
∎ Daffodil International University,Primeasia University,Southeast University,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Training/Trade Course: Lean Manufactureing,Six Sigma,Supply Chain Management
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Computer skill, Production
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the IE process in a Knit Garments Factory.
∎ Ensuring production plan with capacity & strength along with shipment target.
∎ Ensuring production target of the lines as per production plan.
∎ Ensuring line balancing as per layout.
∎ Ensuring time and motion study for all styles.
∎ Preparing SMV database for all styles.
∎ Ensuring optimum utilization of Man, Machine & Materials.
∎ Preparing daily NPT report and ensuring possible NPT reduction.
∎ Reviewing operators skill level (monthly) and ensuring corrective action along with the proposal of training for potential workers.
∎ Preparing reconciliation report for each of the orders.
∎ Preparing workers assessment report (quarterly) to use the same for personal and organizational development or improvement.
∎ Ensuring combined production report of cutting, printing, embroidery, sewing, finishing and shipment.
∎ Ensuring effective communication with supply chain team to ensure smooth productivity.
∎ Any other assignments at the discretion of management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be energetic, dynamic and have strong leadership capability;
∎ Must be comfortable and conversant with compliance rules and regulations;
∎ Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the factory;
∎ Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team;
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office;
Salary:
∎ Tk. 28000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ * Salary will be paid within 10 working days
