Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduation from any reputed university / Tertiary Degree on modern inventory management system.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To collaborate with the merchandising department.
∎ To monitor and control all production processes in the cutting-sewing-finishing section.
∎ To monitor production target every hour of a day.
∎ Report production head about hourly, daily & total production status according to order and style.
∎ To distribute duties and responsibilities of subordinates, supervise their work, and keep connection with the respective department.
∎ To check to lay out a plan in order to achieve maximum production.
∎ To keep close eyes for achieving production target in order to implement the production schedule.
∎ To inform higher authority immediately if the target is not achieved for any reason.
∎ If failure to achieve production target without logical reason so to want explanation from In-charge/ Line-chief and take necessary action immediately.
∎ To keep the responsible area neat, clean, and in hygienic condition.
∎ To ensure the participation of subordinates in the various training program.
∎ To follow the principle of cost-minimizing.
∎ Ensure the good quality of the products.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Garments Fabrics, Accessories, Garments store.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments.
∎ Should be energetic, dynamic and have strong leadership capability.
∎ Must be comfortable and conversant with compliance rules and regulations.
∎ Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the factory.
∎ Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary will be paid within 10 working days
Compensation & Other Benefits:
