Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to manage operation for 50 to 100 circular knitting machines (Single Jersey, Interlock, Rib Interlock, Engineering Stripe, CBC Fleech, Micro Polar Fleech).
∎ Guide a team of professionals towards reaching production goal and quality set by the company.
∎ Ensure smooth execution of knit fabric production (From Yarn to Finished Fabrics) in the factory as per the buyer’s specifications and meet the shipment schedule.
∎ Estimate machine requirements, working hour, working day and manpower as per fabric category & quantity.
∎ Make production plans on regular basis for highly sophisticated knit fabric factory.
∎ Work closely with Quality Assurance department to ensure the required standard of the fabric.
∎ Responsible for optimum production per day and minimizing the production time and cost as well as ensure profitability & achieve company’s goals.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management.
∎ Supervise all yarn received and delivered, all fabrics received from knitting and delivered to dyeing, all fabrics received from dyeing and delivered to garments division, all spare parts received, issue and delivery to knitting department.
∎ Provide daily stock report, monthly stock report to the concerned department and collect their requirement.
∎ Prepare monthly material requisition and submit to purchase department in time.
∎ Ensure the raw and packing materials stock position and inform the supplier time to time.
∎ Maintain Buyer Style, Order, Día, Yarn Count, Yarn Construction, Color wise inventory report which mention required, received, Issued and shortage or excess materials details.
∎ Ensure proper storage of all materials put under his custody.
∎ Maintain all relevant documents / register for all stock position and get those quarterly audited by Group audit team.
∎ Reduce wastage by maintaining the proper inventory system.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastage and preventive pilferage.
∎ Ensure correct and timely turnover of raw materials.

∎ Age 28 to 35 years
