Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ PGD in HRM & Higher Degree from foreign Institute will get priority.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be responsible for all HR and Administration related issues
∎ Work closely with Factory General Manager, local management team and Hong Kong Head Office and follow the Group strategies to implement various HR related projects
∎ Lead HR processes, programs and initiatives in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, succession planning and organizational design
∎ Maintain good partnership with all departments within the organization
∎ Ensure high quality policies and procedures are in place for best HR practices
∎ Ensure all HR and Administration related process and procedures are constantly communicated and administered at all levels and also keep the Hong Kong management team informed
∎ Facilitate smooth administration and assist in mitigating grievance and conducting disciplinary procedures
∎ Maintain relationship and liaise with the governmental and non-governmental organizations; ensure to fulfill the legal requirements
∎ Support client visit or compliance audit
∎ Ad hoc projects as assigned
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have fluency in English.
∎ Must have HR related experiences in Garments Factory.
∎ Good knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Law and other rules, regulations and compliance issues
∎ Possess high ethical standard and personal integrity
∎ Strong leadership and a good team player
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Good relationship with government and local communities
∎ Sound knowledge in MS word, excel and powerpoint
Salary: Tk. 200000 (Monthly)
