Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/B.Sc in Industrial Production and Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for entire production planning and coordinate functions for the entire operation including knitting, dyeing, and sewing and ensure on time shipment.
∎ Responsible for production operations against costs, resource deployment, time over-runs, quality compliance and man power planning.
∎ Deployment of methodologies for process analysis, recommendation of modification to control costs cycle-time, rejections and escalations.
∎ Implementing quality measures and monitoring with industry standard methods.
∎ Application of lean manufacturing concepts to eliminate waste, optimize the usage of resources in a defect free environment with a continuous improvement approach.
∎ Prepare & implement line allocation based on business requirement.
∎ Prepare operational layout plan with man, machine & product mix.
∎ Maintain co-ordination with production planning team, march team & other production support team to ensure quality production & in time shipment.
∎ Prepare & analyze daily line, floor, section wise production, quality, efficiency report in regular basis.
∎ Prepare & establish total manufacturing SOP from sample development to final shipment, smooth & transparent operational flow.
∎ Ensure higher productivity, decrease overtime, loss time, labor turnover & absenteeism, better floor space utilization & state of the art workplace organization.
∎ Prepare, check, monitor & coordinate production planning for different departments
∎ Prepare production plan for any critical issues in advance
∎ Forecast delay situation and future bottlenecks and take precaution accordingly.
∎ Plugging orders in productive way to ensure optimum utilization of capacity and maintain live production plans will be fully responsible for “on time shipment” of all order.

∎ Garments
∎ Must have leadership skill and team work ability.
∎ Candidates from Sri Lanka will be preferable for this position.
∎ Candidates, who worked in factories like BRANDIX or HIDRAMANI, will get an additional advantage.
∎ Be able to handle production plan efficiently & professionally
∎ Must have good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
∎ Must have excellent analytical management skills.
