Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and update all employee information, files and documents
∎ HR operation using attendance payroll software system specially KORMEE
∎ Prepare Job description & Job Specification of employees
∎ To assist in recruiting people
∎ Prepare and maintain payroll-related records and reports
∎ Work with Human Resources Manager and assist with HRMS implementation
∎ Prepare and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, queries and conduct appropriate audits to ensure data integrity
∎ Provide accounting support to Finance personnel
∎ Performing other HR-related issues assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
∎ Experience in working with KORMEE software will be an added advantage
∎ Sound Knowledge of Labor Law
∎ Must be well-groomed, presentable and possess amiable personality
∎ Excellent communication skills with strong sense of responsibilities
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
