6+ years of experience as a Manager, Maintenance with Tonello Machine in Denim Washing Plant.

Leadership quality with a positive attitude.

Organizing & managing ability with problem-solving & analytical skills.

Should be a team player having good interpersonal communication skills in Bangla and English, both oral and written.

Complete Work plan for Electrical and Maintenance, Development work and supervise all electrical installation work, Electrical schedule maintenance work to keep proper records.

Manage, monitor & supervise all electro-mechanical work and ensure efficient execution of overall electrical maintenance operations.

Monitor preventive/predictive/reliable maintenance schedule of mechanical equipment in the plant.

Prepare a schedule for any shut-down required for the preventive maintenance of Laundry wet process machines, Dryer, and Hydro extractor.

Maintenance of Boiler, Compressor, and All types of Generator Set.

Responsible for the safety of all mechanical devices for Industrial Machine.

Monitoring fuel system, steam system, compressed air system, closed cooling water system (LT&HT), and other areas of the plant to minimize consumption.

Preparing schedule preventive as well as breakdown maintenance of the project.

To identify problems of plant equipment and convey to maintenance team to solve the problem.

Comply with all procedures and standards of operation & maintenance as well as to follow ISO standard, Accord, Alliance for Environment, Quality Management, and Occupational Health & Safety.

Monitor and record process parameters and take proactive maintenance plans accordingly.

Prepare daily and weekly reports and submit to the management.
