Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Export LC & Sales contract scrutinizing
∎ Export & Documentation activities
∎ Knowledge about UCPDC-600 & Incoterms
∎ Capable to submit all types of booking in online (Maersk, OMB booking, Myshipment & KNESP )
∎ Capable to handle export individually
∎ Communication with C&F agent for goods handover
∎ Follow-up with transport for smooth delivery cargo
∎ Mail communication with buyer individually
∎ Making invoice in ERP & Excel format
∎ Follow- up with shipping line
∎ To submit duplicating on time
∎ To prepare full set of shipping documents
∎ Payment follow-up with buyer
