Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and track the monthly HBD communications calendar.
Write content for projects and events.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for translations.
Organize social media activities and content creation, including creative concepts.
Review and follow up on communications with plants.
Align Corporate Purpose Activities and WOW events with central communication guidelines.
Update information on head office communication channels.
Ensure communications are updated on plant noticeboards.
Manage updates on various platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Website, Intranet, and LED Standee.
Collaborate with agencies to develop creatives for special occasions.
Execute branding projects from the Group and/or for HBD facilities.
Handle other communication-related tasks as assigned.
