- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
Requirements: Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - Minimum 1–2 years of practical experience in e-GP procurement.
- In-depth knowledge of PPA 2006, PPR 2008, and government procurement systems.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and e-GP portal operations
- Computer Literacy essential
Responsibilities & Context: - Sourcing tender opportunities from different government, autonomous and private organization, preparing bid/tender documentation, etc.
- Review all papers & relevant documents before tender submission.
- Maintain accurate record & file (manual & electronic) of all tender date.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of the rules of tendering.
- Preparing tenders, proposal and quotations as per tender requirements.
- Time management if the entire tender process. Monitors the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency and compliance.
- Assists in the management of data related to the tendering process.
- Ensure the completeness & accuracy of contractor, including monitoring all related liabilities and third party.
- Stays abreast and communicate any changes in contractual requirements.
- Communicate with govt official/potential project authorities regarding upcoming projects. Implement and supervise ongoing projects/contracts.
- Proficient in computer documentation, BOQ & Presentation. Experience in e-GP Mandatory Qualification Criteria.
- Execute, Coordinate, Monitor and manage L/C related works with L/C opening banks.
- To ensure all commercial activities ( L/C amendment, correction of L/C terms and conditions according to Bangladesh Bank rules & regulations, shipment conditions, communication with parties) through overseas communications.
- Manage and execute procurement processes through the e-GP (Electronic Government Procurement) system.
- Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and ensure full compliance with PPR 2008 and other procurement regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth and transparent procurement operations.
- Maintain all procurement-related documentation, reports, and records.
- Assist management in preparing procurement plans, project budgets, and contract administration.
