Job Context:
∎ Vacancy: 02 (One for Instruments and one for Chemicals)
∎ The job holder is responsible for achieving sales growth, gaining market, and meeting targets in an assigned area.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Increase sales volumes, achieve and possibly overachieve the sales targets
∎ Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
∎ They will be responsible for discovering new customers and increase the sales volume of the company.
∎ To prepare Monthly target and also monthly target vs. achievement reports based on collection individuals.
∎ Sell the company's products or services directly to users.
∎ Listen to customer requirements and presents appropriately to make a sale Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person
∎ Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstration
∎ Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
∎ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
∎ Ensure achieving month-wise individual Sales Targets as well as Team members' sales Targets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication skills
∎ At least 5-year(s) experience in the Pharmaceuticals trading field. For exceptionally qualified candidates, it could be flexible.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Pharma Industries, Analytical instruments, lab technology, Accessories, Chemicals, Primary and Secondary Standards, Consumables, Instruments, Software, etc.
∎ Experience in working with the Pharma market is desirable.
∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure, sales target achieves, regular follow-up with the client.
∎ Having managerial, critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, strategic planning, and other related business skills.
∎ Proven experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
∎ Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
∎ Should have excellent skills in management prioritization
