∎ At least three years of experience designing, installing, and maintaining refrigeration, stability chambers, and cold rooms.
∎ Strong knowledge of electrical and refrigeration systems and relevant regulations and standards.
∎ Experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing faults in electrical and refrigeration systems.
∎ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
∎ The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:

∎ The Service Engineer's primary objectives will be to:
∎ Ensure that all refrigeration, stability chambers, and cold rooms are designed and installed in compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
∎ Develop and maintain maintenance schedules for all products, ensuring they are serviced regularly and any faults are identified and resolved promptly.
∎ Provide technical support to our customers, including assisting with troubleshooting, diagnosing faults, and providing repair solutions.
∎ Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in our products and processes, focusing on energy efficiency, cost reduction, and performance optimisation.
∎ Overseeing the installation of all electrical components, ensuring that they are installed safely and correctly.
∎ Developing and maintaining maintenance schedules for all products, including regular inspections and tests.
∎ Responding to customer queries and complaints, providing technical support, and troubleshooting assistance as required.
∎ Diagnosing faults and providing repair solutions, including ordering and installing replacement parts.
∎ Monitoring energy usage and identifying opportunities for optimisation.
∎ Conducting research and testing to identify opportunities for product and process improvement.
∎ The Service Engineer will report to the Head of Service, who will provide guidance and support as required. The Service Engineer will also work closely with other team members of service teams to ensure that all products are designed, manufactured, and maintained to the highest standards.
