Job Overview
The Junior Executive – Sales & Service will be responsible for supporting sales growth, building client relationships, and ensuring technical servicing of instruments and equipment. This entry-level position is designed for Diploma Engineers who want to build a career in sales, customer support, and technical servicing within the laboratory and industrial equipment sector.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Functions
Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify and approach potential clients across pharma, food, and industrial sectors.
Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
Maintain regular communication and follow-up with customers.
Collect feedback and provide market intelligence to the Sales Team.
Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and product campaigns.
Service Functions
Assist in installation and commissioning of laboratory instruments, stability chambers, and related systems.
Conduct basic maintenance, calibration, and service checks under supervision.
Support troubleshooting and provide timely technical assistance to clients.
Maintain service records and prepare technical reports.
Assist senior engineers in customer training sessions.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up for after-sales support.
