Job Description

  • The job holder is responsible for maintaining day-to-day transactions, ACNOVA cash flow, monthly transaction reports and regular commercial activities.

Main responsibilities:

  • Prepare, examine and analyze bills/invoices, vouchers, accounts receivables, accounts payable, accounts records, financial statements, inventory management and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and procedural standards.

  • Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports comparing budgeted and actual costs.

  • Handling Company Tax and VAT-related papers.

  • Product costing and analysis of imported goods.

  • Keeping track of Product delivery, creating bill challan, gate pass, and product receive documents.

  • Tracking Day-to-day transactions, Petty cash, etc.

  • Entry and physical evidence preservation and document entry in software

  • Expert in Accounts Software – Tally, MS Excel.

  • Prepared vouchers and maintained supporting documents properly.

  • Responsible for checking all sorts of suppliers` bills.

  • Good knowledge of preparing LC/TT/CAD and necessary documents.

  • Monthly accounts Reconciliation with updated report

  • Creating Monthly Financial reports and forming a financial strategy

  • Cash and Bill collection
