∎ B.Sc/M.Sc in EEE, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry or a relevant field from a reputed university. Candidates with diplomas and significant experience are also encouraged to apply.

∎ Strong understanding of pharmaceutical instruments, consumables, reagents, standards, and chemicals.
∎ Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
∎ Experience in troubleshooting and providing technical solutions.
∎ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
∎ Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
∎ Experience: Minimum Three (3) years in sales and marketing, preferably in refrigeration, stability chambers, pharmaceutical instruments, consumables, reagents, standards, and chemicals in pharmaceutical industries.
∎ Technical Skills:
∎ Strong understanding of pharmaceutical instruments, consumables, reagents, standards, and chemicals.
∎ Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
∎ Experience in troubleshooting and providing technical solutions.
∎ Soft Skills:
∎ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The primary responsibilities of the Executive – Sales & Marketing include:
∎ Driving sales and marketing efforts for pharmaceutical instruments, consumables, reagents, standards, and chemicals in compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
∎ Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to expand business opportunities.
∎ Assisting in marketing initiatives, including promotions, campaigns, and trade shows.
∎ Collaborating with the service team to provide technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and customer solutions.
∎ Identifying new market trends, opportunities, and areas for business development.
∎ Promote and sell company products to targeted industries.
∎ Developing and executing sales strategies to meet business targets.
∎ Responding to customer inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring satisfaction.
∎ Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
∎ Assisting in the installation and maintenance process by coordinating with the technical team.
∎ Conducting market research to improve sales strategies and optimize product offerings.
∎ ACNOVA LTD. was founded in 2017 and is staffed by a skilled workforce and experienced leadership. ACNOVA distributes a wide range of chemicals and laboratory Instruments. ACNOVA is seeking two (2) experienced professionals to join the dynamic team as Executive Sales and Marketing to drive business growth and ensure excellent customer support.
∎ Key Objectives:
