∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Proper knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Power point.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice capacity planning vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
∎ Perform detailed inspections and tests on products, materials, or components to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
∎ Ensure all processes and products align with established quality control standards and industry regulations, including safety protocols.
∎ Maintain and calibrate measuring and testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability in quality control processes.
∎ Prepare detailed reports of inspection outcomes, including pass/fail results.
∎ Communicate findings effectively to production or manufacturing teams, providing actionable feedback to improve quality.
∎ Conduct thorough inspections and testing of products, materials, or components to verify that they meet quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
∎ Conducting audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and identifying areas improvement.
∎ Providing training and guidance to staff on quality management principles and best practices.
∎ Generated details reported on quality inspection, audit & provide regular activity
∎ Any other task assigned by the higher management
