Production Planning

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans

• Break down order quantities into achievable daily targets

• Allocate production workload across different production stages

• Support capacity planning and production scheduling

Production Monitoring

• Track order progress throughout all production processes

• Compare planned vs actual production output

• Identify delays, bottlenecks, and report corrective actions

• Support efficiency improvement through regular follow-up

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain production planning data using Excel

• Prepare daily production and efficiency reports

• Monitor line performance and productivity status

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, IE, and Inventory teams

• Ensure smooth workflow and communication between departments

• Follow up materials readiness and production status

Inventory & Material Planning

• Check yarn, trims, and accessories availability

• Prevent production stoppage due to material shortages

System & Planning Tools

• Maintain planning sheets using advanced Excel functions

• Work with ERP or production planning systems (if available)

• Assist in timeline and delivery planning
