∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Maintenance, mechanical maintenance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain all mechanical devices or equipment within the Cement Factory.
∎ Control the Sr. Forman, Inspector, Fitter, Asst. Fitter, Helper & below others.
∎ Ensure manpower & monitor work efficiency shift by shift.
∎ Follow up the mechanical maintenance work very smoothly and efficiently.
∎ Monitor mechanical related machine and equipment (like as Mill, O- sepa, Bag filter, ID fan, Roto packer, E-Crane & Unloading system etc.).
∎ Face all kinds of mechanical work in project.
∎ Maintain liaison to the inter department-Production, Electrical maintenance, Civil & etc for smooth operations.
∎ Develop & Modify Factory mechanical works.
∎ Prepare daily maintenance report properly as required.
∎ To keep the mill always ready for operation.
∎ To find out problem & solve immediately
∎ And also other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
