∎ Height: Min 5’6’’. Having motorcycle driving experience. Customer relationship management (CRM) skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent analytical skills. Strong time management skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Territory wise sales management.To prepare sales plan at territory level with align by the Management.Territory wise dealers set up and maintain strong relationship.To identify new sales opportunities and ensure sales achievement through various strategies and also engage with promotional activities to enhance sustainable sales.To ensure full coverage in each outlet under the assigned territory.To understand market needs & serve accordingly on time.To collect order from dealers, distributors & retailers by following the standard procedures.To take all measures to create a potential market as well as new sales opportunities.Reporting on all sales activities, and providing timely and adequate reports on market intelligence. Carry out any other jobs as instructed by the Management.
