Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement and maintain programs that attract, retain, and develop our employees
∎ Develop and deliver Organizational Development related programs including Career Planning, Team Building, Ensure Workforce Planning, Succession Planning, Assessments and Surveys, Performance Management, Change Management, Process Improvement and Recognition and Reward
∎ Develop and execute company-wide People initiatives, programs, and practices that provide an employee-oriented culture that emphasizes quality, accountability, continuous improvement, team work, and high performance
∎ Participate in the creation and facilitation of training and development programs for managers and leaders.
∎ Lead learning and development plans by designing, developing, and implementing new learning initiatives working in conjunction with other People partners on best practice sharing and global initiatives for targeted employee groups
∎ Partner with internal business stakeholders to assess needs and develop learning and development plans.
∎ Lead the design strategy, development, and implementation of key learning initiatives and training programs.
∎ Lead and facilitate training sessions of various types. This includes classroom, remote training, small groups, and large groups
∎ Evaluate the success of training programs using various types of formal and informal techniques. Continually assess the longer-term effectiveness of programs and processes. Develop improvement plans where needed.
∎ Support People projects, programs or processes independently or as part of a cross-functional team
∎ Support development, implementation and communication on systems and processes to improve individual, team and organizational effectiveness through critical Organizational Development initiatives such as 360° Feedback, Employee Satisfaction Surveys, Performance Management and Development
