Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collection & submission of Export LC/SC, TT etc.
∎ Receiving Proforma Invoice from the concern department & updating the list.
∎ Prepare Scrutiny PI, BTB LC/Amendment Proposal as per Sales Contract/Export LC.
∎ Maintain LC Registrar.
∎ Update BTB LC Statement.
∎ Share all BTB LC copies with the concerned department.
∎ File up all LC/ PI copies (Export LC/ Cont. wise).
∎ All Correspondence with related departments regarding LC/PI, amendment issues.
∎ Maintain data entry process.
∎ Maintain import register/statement.
∎ Proper documentation of Banking & Import as per requirements. 12. BTB payment Settle and Export Bill realization as per file position
∎ Export Bill Claim to buyer bank as per Export LC.
∎ To Kept excellent knowledge of Master LC, Sales Contract, BTB LC, BGMEA related UD, EO, PRC etc.
∎ Communication with related banks, audit firms & Central Bank until the realization of the audited cash incentive claim amount. 16. Keeping all related files and documents for future use.
∎ The applicants should have experience in 100% export-oriented Knit composite/ Knit Garments manufacturing industry.
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
