Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, coordinate, organize and control of the total productions in Woven and Knit floor.
∎ Distribute production schedules and work orders to departments
∎ Deliver/Ship on time with acceptable quality.
∎ Manage worker for ensuring smooth productivity.
∎ Contact suppliers to verify shipment details.
∎ Manage ware house for convenience and security of raw material and finished goods.
∎ Analyze production data, including volume of production, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures and increase productivity.
∎ Confer with department supervisors and other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes
∎ Ensure supply of fabrics, accessories etc.
∎ Monitor, control and utilization of man, machine and material for optimum productivity.
∎ Lead and implement new technology and modern techniques to bring upon continuous improvement enhancing productivity and efficiency.
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero Non Conformity (NC).
∎ Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
∎ Will be responsible for making effective monthly Production..
∎ Maintain effective production planning by taking consideration of world class standard efficiency level.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Must Have at least 05 years experience as a GM/Head of Production in woven and knit garments, IE & Planning
∎ Have the capability to handle 20-30 Production lines (Knit & Woven)
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skill
∎ Good Computer Literacy (MS Office, Internet , Email etc.)
∎ Willingness to work beyond general business hours under extreme pressure
∎ Should have the ability to ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastage like rejection, alteration, over production, and extra hour work.
∎ Must be capable in analyzing production performance based on work efficiency, man vs machine ratio and cost/pieces and to plan for continuous improvement.
