Education:
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Public Administration
    • Master of Arts (MA) in English
  • Master’s in HRM/ Business Administration / Public Administration / English from any UGC approved reputed university with Minimum CGPA 3.25 out of 4.00 (or equivalent) in both Bachelor’s and Master’s level.

  • SSC and HSC with minimum GPA 4.25 out of 5.00

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experiences in HR & Administration in any reputed organization/ University

  • Experience in payroll preparation, recruitment process and disciplinary procedures will be given preference.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Proficient in Office Application and HRIS software.

  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.

  • Candidates having Degree from BIM will get preference.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing HR policies and procedures.

  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and prepare monthly salary-related reports in coordination with Accounts Department.

  • Maintain and update employee personal files and HR database.

  • Ensure compliance with university rules, service policies, and labor laws.

  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and administrative inquiries.

  • Prepare official HR correspondences, notices, office orders, and reports.

  • Assist in performance appraisal process and staff development initiatives.
