Experience:

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): University

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from any reputed university with minimum CGPA 3.25 out of 4.00/1st Class.

• SSC and HSC with minimum GPA 4.00 out of 5.00 / 1st Division. Only one educational result requirement may be relaxed for exceptionally experienced candidates.

• No 3rd class is allowed.

• IEB membership

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): University

• Age 35 to 45 years

Experience Requirements

• The applicants should have experience in Engineering Firms, Data Center, Electrical maintenance sector, lift maintenance sector and other construction firms.

• BOQ estimation and schedule preparation. HT/LT Line with sub-station installation, testing and commissioning activities.

Additional Requirements

• Able to work under pressure, efficiently and meet deadline.

• Ability to communicate effectively & professionally.

• Strong knowledge on BNBC compliance standards.

• Ability to dealing with government authority.

• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and so on.

• Advance level proficiency (both Bangla and English languages) in MS Word, Excel, and PDF documentation tools.

• Diploma in AutoCAD or short course having electrical distribution system design experience will get preference.

• Manage multidisciplinary teams across civil, structure, architecture and MEP disciplines.

• Oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of all electrical systems as per approved drawing and to ensure compliance.

• Develop and implement Preventive & Corrective Maintenance plans for all electrical and utility systems.

• Ensure smooth functioning of generators, switch gear, and distribution networks.

• Monitor load balancing and power consumption efficiency.

• Oversee and manage the overall Electrical & Utility operations of the university to ensure uninterrupted service.

• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of Substation, and Electrical Distribution Systems.

• Project scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, tendering and risk management.
