Basic Knowledge on AI Tools.

-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM / Management.

1–3 years of relevant experience in HR, with core expertise in PMS and L&D.

-Strong communication and facilitation skills.

-Proficiency in HR software (ERP/HRIS), Excel, and Google Workspace.

-Analytical mindset with an ability to turn data into actionable insights.

-Certifications in PMS, OD, or L&D will be an added advantage.



Responsibilities & Context:

Creative IT Institute – a pioneer in IT education in Bangladesh – is expanding its HR team! We are looking for a passionate and proactive Senior Executive – Human Resources to lead and improve our Performance Management System (PMS) and drive impactful Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Implement, and monitor KPIs and appraisal frameworks aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee performance reviews across departments.
  • Identify training needs through skills gap analysis and performance data.
  • Plan, organize, and evaluate training sessions, workshops, and career development programs.
  • Partner with department heads to foster a performance-driven and learning-oriented culture.
  • Maintain HR dashboards and provide insights on employee performance and development.
  • Collaborate in succession planning and employee engagement strategies.
