Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in hotel/restaurant management is desirable. A combination of practical experience and education will be considered as an alternative.
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily works like- Attendance, Recruitment, Employee record, Software input, Administrative follow-up and works as assigned by the Company. Strong knowledge of labor laws & regulations. Good Communication skill (verbal & written) with overseas partners is a must
∎ Provide administrative support.
∎ Execution of company's administrative plans, policies and decisions of the Management.
∎ Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
∎ Plan, coordinate, and participate in recruitment and selection processes and ensure that a fair recruitment policy is followed.
∎ Good organization and administrative skills.
∎ Excellent attention to detail.
∎ Strong Microsoft and Excel skills
∎ Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize and work effectively within a sometimes pressurized environment, whilst maintaining compliance to company policies and procedures
∎ Must be Proficient in the following dimensions of restaurant functions: beverage menu planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and preparation of reports.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Administration, Human Resource Management and hotel management
