Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA (major in HRM) from UGC approved any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, prepare manpower budget as per plant requirement and ensure timely recruitment of non-management staff at the factory.
∎ Prepare, analyze wage and salary reports e.g. Casual salary and over time etc.
∎ Make sure that the labour laws and service rules are followed properly and ensure disciplinary measures where required.
∎ Ensure effective execution of day-to-day office administrative issues e.g. leave & attendance administration, security management, transport management, canteen management, procurement & disposal of assets, office stationery & printing supply, contract/lease agreement.
∎ Liaison with government regulatory authority e.g. Labour office, Passport Office, REB, BIWTA, Fire Service, Local Police Station, UNO, T&T office, Ministry of Environment, Custom Office etc.
