Educational Requirements:
∎ Must have MBA in HRM from any Government approved reputed University.
∎ PGD in HRM will be an added advantage.
∎ Any additional Professional Qualification/Certification or Certified Training Course in a related discipline will be considered as an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct recruitment & selection process by using external/internal sourcing channels & deliver resources on time as per plan
∎ Conduct new hire formalities
∎ Monitor & maintain leave, tour & attendance on daily basis
∎ Maintain & update personal employee files
∎ Update the employee database & maintain the master database of employee
∎ Arranging induction training for the newly recruited employees in consultation with related HOD
∎ Administrate and develop Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
∎ Perform any other task as assigned by the Company's management team
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should be proficient in using Microsoft Office.
∎ Good typing skill both in English & Bangla
∎ Should have good command on English & Bangla with good speaking and writing skill
∎ Should be enthusiastic, pro-active, dedicated, punctual and hard working.
∎ Bring all the certificates and working experience's documents during interview
∎ Sharp knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ Willing to work under pressure and timeline.
∎ Frequent visit anywhere in Bangladesh.
