Responsibilities & Context:
To perform all IPC related test and activities of herbal product
To sample and collection of all kind of bulk item (s), Retention sample and Finished Product (s) and entry in the respective Log Book.
Handle Change control, Deviation, CAPA, self-inspection, Internal audit, market complain, etc.
To check the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) & Batch Packaging Records (BPR) before production.
To prepare all QA related and other concern SOPs and documents according to GMP.
To Check and complied Batch History before Finished Product Release.
Perform all qualification and validation related activities
Handle all quality risk management (QRM) and quality management system (QMS) related activities.
Perform Toll manufacturing Activities
Perform APQR Annual product Quality review.
