Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain KPI Database and coordinate with factories for KPI data collection.
∎ Assist in setting up KPI and goals for employees and ensure proper documentation and communication of performance feedback.
∎ Maintain and update employee personal files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
∎ Manage database for attendance related matters.
∎ Record Keeping of Leave-Late-Absent.
∎ Ensure New Employee ID Card & Visiting Card.
∎ Support administrative tasks such as office logistics management, Transport management, Office Canteen, and coordination of meetings.
∎ Managing various event organization and source-required logistics.
