Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Having experience of dealing with M&S, C&A, and Columbia customers.
∎ 2. Coordinate with international clients to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
∎ 3. Prepare, review, and manage export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
∎ 4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
∎ 5. Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with clients to achieve customer satisfaction and timely deliveries.
∎ 6. Address and resolve issues related to product quality, shipment delays, and other client concerns.
∎ 7. Analyze and report on export-related expenses and budgets.
∎ 8. Implement strategies to optimize the export supply chain and reduce lead times.
