∎ Candidates having (2-3) Years of experience in Training & Learning and Development & OD with Group of Companies
∎ Outstanding communication & business presentation skills·
∎ Depth & through knowledge on L&D·
∎ Good content designing and development skills·
∎ Proficient in MS Office package especially in MS PowerPoint & MS Excel & canva
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Organize effective & efficient L&D programs on operational, human, managerial and strategic skills.
∎ Conduct operational and management skills training programs for Junior employees.
∎ Design and develop engaging training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, manuals, and other multimedia content.
∎ Source global knowledge provider institute/experts for improving functional/strategic expertise in cost effective manner.
∎ Identify and leverage learning technologies and tools to enhance the delivery and accessibility of training content.
∎ Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to continuously improve content quality.
∎ Contribute to the design and development of training programs that address the organization's skill and competency needs.
