Responsibilities & Context:

1.      Job Purpose:

To maintain buyer standard quality procedures in the factory and keep updated the management.

2.      Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Visit factories to inspect the goods during production & before delivery to customer.

• Maintain Quality Management System (QMS)         

• Provide solutions for any process and product non-conformity        

• Investigate the root cause for each NCR of defect.   

• Analyze non-conformity and work for the solution   

• Follow up the preventive action process       

• Reduce defect rate and work for zero defect 

• Follow up customer complain with concern CS       

• Visit customer factory if necessary    

• Do special inspection to find out the problem before production     

• Risk assessment of each product and arrange PP meeting    

• Analysis the daily defect and discuss with concern person to reduce this    

• Any other assignment given by QA manager/ unit lead        

• Weekly follow up and arrange audit for internal findings, documentation and process

• Prepare monthly customer complain report, Analysis the defect and arrange meeting with the concern person to reduce the defect.

• Arrange periodical internal process audit and make CAP.

• Review the SOP and do needful for the correction if necessary.
