Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineering in Food Technology/Food Science/IPE/Chemical Engineering (M.S in Food Technology shall be considered as an advantage)

∎ Workplace: Factory Operations
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare production plan, organize staff, and run the operations by ensuring people safety, food safety and by maintaining quality standards.
∎ Minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of all the resources and continuous improvement
∎ Analyze various processes/ applications and initiate appropriate measures to enhance operational efficiency.
∎ Maintain a collaborative relationship with all stakeholders to ensure congenial work culture.
∎ Review safety standards & ensure the safety of the worksite during the course of operation & development.
∎ Assist in manpower planning and evaluation of the team members.
∎ Keep records appropriately and prepare different reports as per guidelines.
∎ Any other job needed to be done as a team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ At least 3 years working experience in any renown FMCG industry (Specially in bakery industry i.e Cake/Biscuit/Bread manufacturing industries)
∎ Able to work under minimum supervision and to handle multitasking activities.
∎ Planning and Leadership skills.
∎ Excellent analytical, time management, communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Proven track record in managing production.
∎ Must be a team player having exceptional leadership qualities with creativity.
∎ Excellent knowledge on BSTI, FSMS, HACCAP, ISO, and others regulatory standards.
Salary: Negotiable
