Educational Requirements:
∎ Master in commerce preferably in Accounting or Finance/MBA from reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing and maintaining all ledger & Bank book & Cash book through accounting system.
∎ Ensure day to day Accounts & Financial activities are properly recorded into Books of Accounts.
∎ Reconcile the transaction of Cash, Bank, Debtors creditors etc.
∎ Draw Salary Sheet and transfer advice sheet to schedule bank.
∎ Prepare, examine and analyze bills/invoices, vouchers, accounts receivables, accounts payable, accounting records, financial statements, inventory management and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards; Vouchers preparation, bill entry, day book prepares & voucher sorting etc.
∎ Correspondences with the bank, positive pay instruction send to bank for every payment to recognize the payment to bank.
∎ Preparation of Bank Reconciliation.
∎ Any other Accounts & finance related activities of the Company assigned by the superior from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Strong in MS Office (MS Word MS Excel), Tally ERP 9, VAT Management software
∎ Group of Companies, FMCG

Salary: Negotiable
