∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Education based on IE & Planning is preferred
∎ Skills Required: 3 to 4 years experience in same position.

∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collection of line loading plan from the planning dept. & operation bulletin from the central IE team.
∎ Team coordination between officers & senior management.
∎ Inform & discuss line layout plan with a floor in-charge & technical team.
∎ Discussion & necessary co-ordination with maintenance regarding m/c, folder or attachment.
∎ Line setting time monitoring & minimizes to establish SMED.
∎ Line balancing with the supervisor to avoid m/c idle time or smooth production flow.
∎ Line capacity study: at the start of news style as well till learning curve achievement.
∎ Production study in critical processes for 1hr at least to find out the real scenario.
∎ Finding out bottleneck area, plan & execute necessary steps to solve the problem.
∎ Check, record & necessary steps to reduce or eliminate nonproductive time (NPT).
∎ Input, output & hourly production monitoring & ensuring proper data-keeping.
∎ Plan & take necessary steps to reduce line WIP, implement 5 or 10 PCs flow.
∎ Prepare skill matrix & update after three months consecutively.
∎ The process excellence method finds out & implements to enhance operator & line efficiency.
∎ Set-up & maintain 5S activities on the production floor.
∎ Prepare daily man to machine ratio report.
∎ Prepare MIS (Management Information system) report.
∎ Schedule usage of production materials to ensure optimal production levels
∎ Evaluate suppliers or quality, timeliness and match according to goals
∎ Monitor material supply flow and identify any shortages or bottlenecks in usage
∎ Identify and resolve problems relating to inventory
∎ Forecast market challenges based on competitor analysis and industry trends
∎ Address issues regarding quality and production
∎ Produce reports based on findings and performance of production
∎ Manage deadlines based on project expectations
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 25 - 40 (Monthly)
