∎ Experience in working with KORMEE software will be an added advantage
∎ Sound Knowledge of Labor Law
∎ Must be well-groomed, presentable and possess amiable personality
∎ Excellent communication skills with strong sense of responsibilities
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain and update all employee information, files and documents HR operation using attendance payroll software system specially KORMEE Prepare Job description & Job Specification of employees To assist in recruiting people Prepare and maintain payroll-related records and reports Work with Human Resources Manager and assist with HRMS implementation Prepare and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, queries and conduct appropriate audits to ensure data integrity Provide accounting support to Finance personnel Performing other HR-related issues assigned by the management
