Education: - Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- PGDHRM or training in HR software will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context: Job Context: The Sr. Executive / Executive (HR & Admin) will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day HR & administrative operations including recruitment, attendance, leave management, employee relations, documentation, and compliance activities. The position requires a proactive individual who can handle both HR and administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Human Resource Functions:
- Assist in the recruitment & selection process (job posting, CV sorting, interview coordination, joining formalities).
- Maintain employee personal files, records, and HR databases (HRIS).
- Prepare appointment letters, transfer orders, increment letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and overtime records and coordinate with Accounts for payroll processing.
- Support in performance appraisal and training & development initiatives.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary documentation as per company policy.
Administrative Functions:
- Maintain office logistics, stationery, housekeeping, and other admin support activities.
- Supervise security, transport, and canteen management where applicable.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for administrative requirements.
- Ensure proper upkeep of office premises and compliance with safety & hygiene standards.
- Maintain liaison with local authorities and support regulatory compliance documentation (fire license, trade license, etc.).
Reporting & Coordination:
- Prepare and submit monthly HR & Admin reports to the line manager.
- Support management in various HR projects, audits, and compliance reviews.
- Assist in implementing new HR policies, systems, and automation tools.
