∎ BSc Engr in IPE/Mech Engr. from SUST/BUET/IUT/BUFT/AUST / MBA in Apparel Merchandizing.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IE, Production planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare management audit report periodically & submit this report to top management.
∎ To assist data accumulation & Analyze of each business process like:
∎ i) Yarn Management,
∎ ii) Knitting Management,
∎ iii) Fabric Management (Gray, Finish)
∎ iv) Dyeing & Finishing Management,
∎ v) Cutting Management,
∎ vi) Sewing management,
∎ vii) Garments finishing & packing management,
∎ viii) Leftover management
∎ ix) Store Management
∎ x) Maintenance Management
∎ Set the KPI of each process and prepare progress report according to KPI.
∎ Ensure roadmap of Material Flow Traceability.
∎ To assist Preparation of order closing report which include Actual Consumption of Raw Materials & in-process materials and subsequent costing.
∎ Prepare Non-Conformity Report of Each Process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Extensive knowledge on ERP and MS Office.
∎ Willing to work in under pressure.
∎ Good Knowledge in Management Audit
Salary: Negotiable
